We are seeking a motivated, passionate, diligent, creative, analytical and customer- oriented Business Analyst with significant expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, impact analysis, gap analysis and client interactions. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Architects and Product Team to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Work with Experience Owners and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user stories Creating complex workflows highlighting business processes Will need to clearly understand and articulate multiple systems integrations. Will be working with Product Management and Business Users to determine features and roadmaps. Will use analytical and technical knowledge to identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity. Will need to translate technical information for product manager or stakeholders to consume. Will be articulating business problem to the team which enables them to determine best solutions. Will be writing technical user stories for the team to consume. Will Interact with architects and development leads to explore solutions. Will need to be cross functional and ready to help the team when needed. Will work with different teams and product owners to discuss dependencies and discuss best practices. Qualifications Qualifications: 4+ years of business analyst experience Salesforce Admin Certified Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions Requirements Analysis Business Process Gap Analysis MS Excel MS Visio Core Competencies: Build relationships Develop people Lead change Inspire Others Think critically Communicate clearly Create accountability
