Our digital focus is changing the way consumers experience their healthcare.As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will build reusable UI components and scalable features that are lightweight and fast for the user. Working within a team comprised of diverse skills, building engaging user interfaces, your work will develop responsive web apps that look and work great across multiple devices. You will work within the Care Solution group and you will report to the Manager, Engineering.Primary Responsibilities: Architect and build scalable systems, libraries, and frameworks Write backend code using Scala Contribute to frontend code stack in React Develop APIs and web microservices Integrate third-party APIs, and the ability to understand them in several formats Produce and deploy secure codeYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: 2+ years of real industry experience Background in Scala/Java or another compiled language Unit testing experience (prefer Scalatest / Spec2 / ScalaCheck) Database and caching experience, SQL and NoSQL Knowledge of REST/Http, json and backend systems Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
