(PTFS), a leading systems integration company specializing in digital archiving and asset management, content digitization, and library services/solutions, has an opening for a Build Master, Software Quality Engineer.DutiesThe dual role of Build Master and Software Quality Engineer is a senior engineering and technical role that is focused on influencing, shaping, and managing the software build process including builds and deployments to multiple environments, as well as developing and enhancing an automated test framework and creating automated test cases to support development across software components. The incumbent will be working with Subject Mater Experts and have the opportunity to acquire an enterprise hand-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy, PHP, Solr, ELK, Spring Framework, Weblogic, Adobe lifecycle, Documentum, Drupal, Node.js, DevSecOps using (Jenkins, Maven, Gitlab, NPM, Webpack, Nexus, Ansible, TDD, BDD, JMeter, Selenium, Nikto, OWASP, ZAP, Gauntlt, Burp Suite,..) and many other open source framework.Skills RequiredRelevant experience build, source code management, and testing technologies, including Maven, Nexus or Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, Ansible (Chef or Puppet) and Linux2 years of experience working in a CI/CD environment including: (i) creating test cases using automated test frameworks and tools, such as Cucumber and JBehave. (ii) Managing a continuous integration and delivery application. (iii) Creating and managing deployment scripts. (iv) working with GIT7 years of relevant experience developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Java EE custom applications and services.Relevant experience leading software engineering efforts or software development teams.Experience with test driven development (TDD) using JUnit or TestNGExperience with DevOps, test driven development, and test automation for all levels of the test pyramid. Experience with Selenium is an advantageExperience with waterfall and agile (scrum and Kanban) SDLCExperiencing authoring, editing, and maintaining design documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration documentation.Communicate fluently in the English language, in writing and orally.Nice to have experience with Groovy, Node.js, Bash Script, OWASP and JMeterAbility to pick up new technologies quickly (Docker is not required, but must be willing to learn it and add it to the technology stack)Education: MS/MA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline preferred.
