Released to work from home on Monday, 10/10Equipment providedPay: $21/hour, overtime hours at $31.50/hourDuties:Heavy outbound recruiting phone calls to travel nursesOnboard, screen and qualify nurses for new assignmentsProblem resolution - must resolve and answer questions from nurses as it relates to their new contractMeet or exceed daily call metrics and nurse submittalsRequirements:2+ years of recent experience in a recruiting, call center or similar customer service roleTech Savvy - Navigating CRM Systems, Microsoft Office etc.Professional communication and email etiquetteHigh school diploma required; some college preferredSchedule:In Office Training Dates:A' . Tuesday, 9/13: In the Denver office at 9:30AM until 5:30pm (1 hour lunch from 12:30-1:30)A' . Wednesday, 9/14: 9:00am- 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12:00-1:00)A' . Thursday, 9/15: 9:00am- 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12:00-1:00)A' . Friday, 9/16: 9:00am- 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch from 12:00-1:00) Lunch will be provided for all 4 days of training
