A$ A' "A' ?Ultimate Staffing is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Director role for a client in Silver Spring, MD . This is a direct hire position. Salary will be up to $110k depending on experience, with excellent benefits. This is a full time position with standard work hours Monday thorugh Friday and fully in office.Duties will include but may not be limited to:? Develops and monitors HR strategic plan, goals, and objectives? Collaborates with senior leadership and managers to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing recruiting and,and retention? Monitor and ensures organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommended bestpractices; reviewing and modifying policies and practices to maintain compliance? Collaborates with senior leadership and managers to provide HR support, planning, problem solving, and resolution of issues? Administers and oversees the administration of the organization's human resources responsibilities including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, disputes and investigations, grievances, complaints, performance and talentmanagement, productivity, retention, morale, company culture? Identify staffing and recruitment needs; develops and executes best practices for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and other aspects of talent management? Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including creation and review of reports and metrics from the HRIS/ATS systems; prepares complex statistical and/or ad hoc reports and summaries? Organizes and administers companywide training and development programs? Develop, administer, and monitor departmental budget? Responsible for performance review planning and compensation management initiatives? Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, trainings, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resources compliance and strategies? Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practices, and resources to ensure compliance? Manages and administers corporate benefits plans? Ensure personnel transactions (hiring, promotion, transferring, evaluating, and terminating) are performed according to company policy and procedure and are in compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulations? Serves as Trustee for the Worker's Compensation SIG? Administers salary administration program to ensure timeliness, effectiveness, equity and compliance with federal/state/county laws and corporate policies and procedures? Represents company at all unemployment hearings? Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, conducts or monitor the conducting of exit interviews to determine reason behind separations.? Performs shared service initiatives and contract transitions across company subsidiaries? Lead organization's DEI initiatives? Prepares reports for regulatory bodies, management, and others as needed? Other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, AND four (4) years' related experience.Individual shall have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software.Must have experience working with and administering an HRIS and ATS.Must have a working knowledge of labor laws, including FLSA.SHRM membership preferred.
