We're looking for an experienced marketing leader to join our team. Reporting to the CRO, as our VP of Marketing in the US, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of marketers across the US. This leading role requires someone with the energy and skills to get things done. Working closely with other members of the team you will be the driving force behind growth marketing campaigns.The marketing team supports everything we do at Plentific and is constantly executing campaigns to grow our customer base. We are a complex team that uses offline and digital marketing tools. We have an established core team with expertise in ATL, PPC, SMM, CRO, SEO, PR and eCRM.ResponsibilitiesSet the overall marketing strategy for the businessExecute our brand strategy, positioning the company as the leading property management SaaS platform in the marketDevelopment of the team, including recruiting, hiring and coaching new marketers. Our expectation is the team will double in size over the next 12 monthsDevelop innovative online and offline marketing strategies to support Plentific's revenue goalsDevelop relationships with C-suite in various sectors to assist in building a compelling, consistent value proposition for our customersProactive engagement internally with Sales and other teams within the business, to ensure delivery of value proposition for each customerPrepare and deliver quarterly and annual marketing plans, driving strong executionHelp build an effective marketing automation infrastructurePeriodically conduct user research to assess product market fit and make recommendations to the managementPrepare and maintain weekly performance reports providing insightful commentaryRequirementsMinimum of 10+ years experience in a marketing leadership rolePrevious B2B and B2C SaaS experience criticalMarketplace business experience beneficialTrack record of building and managing a large team team and budgetExperience with coaching and developing team membersExpertise in multiple marketing platforms and tools including CRM platformsExperience selling >$150k in annual contract values will be helpfulGreat strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skillsKnowledge of and insight into relevant market trends, with an ability to think strategicallyStrong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the marketPassion for marketing, design perfection, brand building and working in a startup environmentHelp with raising brand awareness for both our trade and consumer audiencesAbility to think out of the box with a can-do attitude to get things done efficientlyExcellent communication skills with ability to work with multiple senior stakeholdersGood academic background in marketing, economics, business management or a related fieldBenefitsAs you can see, we have big plans and are eager to grow our team of dreamers and doers to achieve our vision of managing over 1 million properties through our platform across various countries.
