A$ A' "A' ?POSITION: Human Resources Manager or Senior HR GeneralistLOCATION: Gainesville, VACLEARANCE: N/AOverview:G2 Global Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Human Resources Manager or Sr. HR Generalist. This position will be responsible for providing operational support, maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.Principle Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining recordsWork with the Recruiter to ensure smooth onboarding of all new hiresImplement New Hire Orientation and employee recognition programsProcess payroll and benefit changes each pay periodWork with accounting to ensure payroll is processed correctlyMain point of contact for benefits administrationPerform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and developmentWork with company leadership to support proposal development, employee relations, etc.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain complianceMaintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresMaintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current recordsRequired Skills:5+ years in an HR Generalist capacity with at least 3 of those being at a federal contractorKnowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding HR issuesStrong analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)Working knowledge of HRISKnowledge of HR best practicesAbility to use past experiences to make HR recommendationsThorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulationsAbility to multitaskExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work with people at all levels of the organizationDesired Skills:Experience with Paylocity HRIS or Dynamics ATSRequired Education:Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience or 8 years without a degreeG2 Global Solutions, LLC. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy, childbirth, physical disability, mental disability, age, military status or status as a Vietnam-era or special disabled veteran, marital status, registered domestic partner or civil union status, gender (including sex stereotyping and gender identity or expression), medical condition (including, but not limited to, cancer related or HIV/AIDS related), genetic information, or any other protected classifications in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
