We manufacture, market and distribute a complete line of high quality, innovative products for new and existing bowling and entertainment centers.A' SUMMARYAs part of the marketing organization the Content Manager will lead the development, distribution, and strategic efforts of creating messaging to inform and delight audiences. This role involves developing content strategies to engage customers and ensure that they have a positive view of our company, our products, and services. A' The successful candidate will be a creative storyteller and data-driven marketer with a proven track record of creating content across digital channels to drive customer engagement and raise brand awareness. You will be part of a passionate and highly motivated international team. Duties and Responsibilities: The Content Manager is responsible for generating and curating the company's public-facing digital content.A' This involves a diverse array of assets, including social media posts, web and landing page copy, direct marketing content and newsletters across various social and digital platforms. This also includes developing a social media and digital marketing plan, analyzing the success and performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns, and using analytics to formulate a content strategy. Assist in developing a content strategy that encompasses the organization's goals and aligns with the organization's imageEstablish and track content KPIs related to broader marketing goals and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement Day-to-day management and execution of social media content across all platforms and product portfolio Repurpose content to fit various media as neededCollaborate with Marketing and Product Management to develop and maintain content marketing calendars that schedule all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the yearUse target keywords for all web content to optimize for SEO while remaining engaging and informativeReview competitor content and market trends to identify new content ideas and strategies to highlight products and servicesRespond to feedback received on social platformsKeep informed of best practices and emerging trends in social media, web, and digital marketingAssist in interviewing customer and subject matter experts to produce content, as neededUpdate and maintain content to ensure it remains currentA' Skills and qualifications:Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skillsAbility to generate creative ideas with a passion for creating compelling content across a wide variety of mediaSocial media savvy with comprehensive understanding of social media, web and email marketing best practices, metrics, tools, trends, and techniquesFamiliarity with SEO, keyword identification, effective placement, and copywriting best practices Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret and provide actionable insight on dataExcellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties in an international environmentExperience creating and sticking to an editorial calendarExperience managing freelancers a plusA' Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism or English preferred with strong storytelling and communication skills3-5 years' experience in social and/or content creation, content marketing, digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environmentBowling, entertainment and/or hospitality subject matter expertise a plus
