A' The DAS is the resident expert to improve Penelope system users' understanding, design instruments to capture client outcomes, recommend tactical and strategic business solutions, and identify patterns in the data we collect.A' They will use/recommend tools that simplify data access, preparation, and provisioning. A' The data connectivity, desktop data integration, and mobile device interface for system users will achieve an easy-to-use visual query and enhance workflow automation. As the Data Analytics Specialist, the position offers you the flexibility to creatively prioritize your day while working alongside the RH leadership and staff to deliver on the following responsibilities:Support data collection, including revising specifications for data collection, tracking, processing data requests, and researching and implementing data integrity tools that comply with state and federal data protection laws and regulations.Creating and maintaining views into data sets to provide visualization of data analysisLeading process benchmarking to ensure fit for purpose and best in delivery/executionSkilled in creating and managing databases with the use of software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDBSkilled in documentation and database reporting for analysis, data discovery, and decision-making using relevant software such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Excel, etc.Skilled in presenting information and ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandAbility to help transform business processes using technology-enabled automationExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questionsWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to enhance the use of Penelope toward achieving common goalsAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionSkilled in troubleshooting and identifying efficient system solutionsThe group of skills related to Programming, including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languagesExperience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to guide or inform conclusions about the dataSkilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or TableauKnowledge/ToolSkilled in SQL database management toolSkilled in Alteryx for data analytics applicationsSkilled in Knowledge in TableauProficient in Excel/Pivot TablesExperience using JIRAExperience using SharePointKnowledge of PythonQualificationsQualified candidates must possess one year of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Programming, Mathematics, or related fields.A' A Master's degree can substitute for experience.A' The degree must be issued from an accredited college or university.A' Certification in computer science, programming, project management, or an IT specialty is desirable but not required.A' Employment is subject to the successful completion of a background security investigation and favorable adjudication.
