Responsibilities: The Marketing, Communications & Design Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America's 12-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will be an integral member of the Marketing team and will provide support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist in marketing and communications operations, including but not limited to social media strategy, paid media campaigns, trade shows, branding, multimedia/graphic design, internal communications and more. Below is a list of business lines that applicants may be placed with: Communication Events/Field Marketing CoordinatorMarketing Automation and Operations A successful candidate will have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Work closely with the Content, Marketing, and Client Services stakeholders to market our service offerings and initiativesLiaise with the Marketing Operations team to track outreach and the effectiveness marketing campaignsProactively contribute ideas to develop the marketing strategy and drive engagement for this flagship products and servicesManage and organize production of marketing deliverablesParticipates in production workflow to meet print and/or web media requirements Qualifications: You are a college sophomore, junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or another related field.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High levels of self-motivation, curiosity, and creativity.Ability to meet deadlines and enlist others' support in ensuring timely project completion. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.Must be authorized to work in the USThis is an IN-PERSON internship Preferred Qualifications:Above average knowledge and practical application of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat and Microsoft Office products.Passion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues Important Dates: Start Date: May 22, 2023End Date: Aug 11, 2023 Application Deadline: October 31, 2022 Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.
