Description We are working with a HVAC corporation based in the Northern Virginia region, specializing in Data Center construction, and on-going service management. The HR Director we are working with is looking for their right arm in identifying a strong, Recruiter and HR Adminsitrator to join her team and develop quickly as an HR Business Partner. The ideal Recruiter we seek must have 3+ years experience in the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes, but is not limited to sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a great experience. This position requires minimum supervision and is a great opportunity for a developing Recruiter professional, seeking an environment to grow their skills as an all around Human Resources professional. Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices2. Manages full life cycle recruiting 3. Assist with analyzing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan4. Acts as liaison between company, hiring manager and candidates5. Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and position requirements6. Ensures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan (AAP) compliance7. Ensures all hiring activities are adequately tracked and maintained for OFCCP compliance 8. Maintains application forms, resumes and interview documentation for all candidates9. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, job boards, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates10. Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processes11. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals12. Partners with Payroll to ensure a smooth transition for onboarding 13.
