Description POSITIONThe Vice President of Operations owns the entire people management and system management process. This position requires strategic capabilities, foresight, and strong social intelligence to build relationships at various levels. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, time management, and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively to meet organizational objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES* Spearhead and enhance the development of strategic plan. * Lead strategic planning process to deliver against organizational financial targets* Build an infrastructure that can successfully scale for growth; Plan, develop, and implement strategies to increase revenue and strategic partnerships * Identify and leverage sales opportunities as well as support new business activities* Oversee operations to ensure labor efficiency, quality, service, and customer and client satisfaction/retention* Ensure practices and objectives established by the organization are executed effectively and remain in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.* Achieve the vision and mission of the organization and ensure alignment with financial and operational goals* Builds a culture that is connected to results; collects and leverages data to design and implement strategies* Directly implements strategies to remain best in market with venue management, service excellence and client satisfactionAll interested candidates in this position and other full-time opportunities across the DC area please contact Pierre Tepie via LinkedIn.
