Responsibilities include:. Develop methodology for reviewing financial reporting and processes to ensure compliance with the SOX.. Create the strategy for determining levels of risks associated with financial applications and business processes.. Establish criteria for review of financial transactions or reporting for multiple countries/segments of operation.. Create formulas to determine level of risk and materiality to the company.. Oversee process improvements to ensure SOX compliance.. Assess all financial reporting to ensure there are no SOX issues..
