Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Serves as one of the initial points of contact for HQ campus related functions, HQ Tours, Guest and Associate inquiries, and other functions as needed
- Supports and assists with coordination of service requests for the Workplace Janitorial, Operations and Corporate Security Teams
- Serves as a point of contact for all associate workplace inquiries and assistance, including routing to appropriate Workplace Services/Facilities teams
- Interacts professionally with all clients, guests, and Workplace Services team daily
- Works collaboratively with other Workplace Services specialists to complete daily tasks and event planning as needed
Qualifications/Background Profile
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or High school diploma or GED • Minimum 1 year experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
• Is proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook computer programs
