Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a consulting company seeking an Office Coordinator to support the opening of a new office location. This position is 100% on site. Candidates are required to be clearable due to nature of certain projects.

Please note: First few days of training/onboarding will be conducted at an alternate location as the site is being prepared

  • Receive and relay calls, route messages as needed
  • Answer general inquiries, address concerns as appropriate
  • Greet and direct visitors and employees
  • Complete room reservation requests
  • Set up meeting rooms including catering, A/V, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Stock and maintain common areas (copy room, kitchen/vending, etc)
  • Provide basic technical support for office equipment
  • Receive and process mail, packages, faxes
  • Assist with document retrieval/returns, and handle large-scale copy/collating/binding projects
  • Coordinate destruction of documents
  • Tracking customer requests and follow up
  • Ensure all regulations, signage and policies are in place and being followed
  • Handle facilities matters with building management and workplace facilities

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2-3 years relevant administrative experience
  • MS office proficiency
  • No clearance required, but must be clearable due to nature of projects
