Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with leaders across the company, establishing recruiting strategies to fill current and future openings with diverse qualified talent
- Identify passive and active candidates who exhibit our core company values and possess the skills and experiences necessary to perform well in their new role
- Utilize recruiting tools and techniques for sourcing and candidate management, adhering to our defined policies, processes, and timelines
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies against a timeline; adjusting as needed; continually seeking new attraction and sourcing options
- Foster a collaborative team environment and strong service orientation that guarantees an excellent Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience
- Meet or exceed recruitment requirements for this role; including but not limited to annual hiring targets, conversion metrics, and experience ratings
- As needed, lead or participate in talent projects or initiatives
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on passive candidate generation, engagement, and closing strategies
- 5-7 years of experience recruiting in the intelligence community for cleared technical candidates (TS, TS/SCI, Poly)
- 5+ years working with multiple stakeholders
