Looking for an experienced Recruiting/HR Manager for a global law firm in DC. In this role, you will oversee all HR and administrative aspects of attorney hiring; fully utilizing your HR, recruiting, and event planning skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the firm's summer internship program and fall interviewing process
  • Plan recruiting events and parties
  • Partner with the Recruiting Manager and Managing Partner in planning and implementing recruiting initiatives
  • On-board all new hires
  • Manage all administrative aspects of attorney recruiting, including lateral, on-campus interview process for summer and fall associates, and clerk recruiting.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, review unsolicited resumes and ensure that pre-hire diligence is performed promptly.
  • Participates in attorney morale and retention initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3- 5 years of experience
  • Must have an outgoing personality, professional appearance, superior work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, maintain a strong work ethic, and promote professionalism.
  • Must be fully vaccinated - ADA and faith exemptions allowed
