Directs and oversees operations within the organization's human resources function. Job Duties:Develops and implements organizational human resources policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legislation (ie EEO, FMLA, ADA and FLSA).Oversight for executing all compliance and reporting requirements, including but not limited to: EEO, Veteran, OSHA, Affirmative Action, etc.Responsible for managing all HR Operations activities, such as HR Data and analytics, HRIS & Recruiting Systems, onboarding, offboarding, background checks, worker's compensation, payroll various audits, immigration and training and development.Manage a small team of HR professionals.Responsible for vendor management.Provide support when needed to field and address all human resource-related inquiries from employees, management, and third parties.Hands on role.Assists the Chief People Officer in developing and executing human resource strategies that align with business needs.Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience and Education: Has extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one or more functional areas within the HR field. Has the ability to manage and direct the work of other employees including through a team of subordinate managers. Possesses the ability to implement efficiencies and recommend and execute process improvements with the goal of maximizing productivity and providing exceptional service to internal customers. Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively across the organization. Ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of HR experience.
