OVERVIEW The e-Learning Developer will collaborate with other Developers, Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and Graphic Artists in the development, analysis, and design of custom e-Learning initiatives. Work as part of an integrated team to design cutting edge training solutions supporting classroom and online learning environments. DUTIES Work independently or collaboratively with your team to develop, evaluate and maintain e-learning coursesDevelop graphics, animation, audio, video and multimedia elements for eLearning solutionsCreate and/or modify visual design graphics used for course layoutsDevelop engaging and interactive e-learning modulesSupport ILTs and ISDs with design and development of classroom courses, online courses, and webinarsCreate custom branded interactive e-learning courses in Articulate Storyline 360Perform other related duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree w/ 0 years of experienceAn associate degree w/ 4 years of experienceNo degree w/ 6 years of experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProficiency in multiple authoring tools (eg Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia) to develop interactive multimedia learning modulesAbility to provide creative technology solutions to learning requirementsAbility to work independently, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines and project plans effectivelyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other applications to create/modify graphics, animation, audio, video, multimedia, etc.Proficiency in coding (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing e-Learning coursesExperience in curriculum design and development, and incorporating Section 508 guidelinesExperience with adult learning theoriesExcellent communication skills (written & oral) and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organizationHendall Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
