Primary Purpose
Leads HR transaction function, designs and performs administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll functions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises and leads the HR transactions recording from new hire to termination and all the life cycles in between
  • In conjunction with accounting, oversees the administration of the semi-monthly payroll from HR transaction side and coordinates with finance from a human resources HRIS perspective
  • Researches, designs, implements, and maintains HRIS solutions
  • Provides requested data and analysis for AAP, and any ERC audits or projects
  • Develops and maintains HRIS role-based permissions settings and security
  • Ensures development, accuracy and integrity of all HRIS data and integration with other systems - Taleo, Cornerstone, Costpoint, etc.
  • Partners with various departments on projects with a direct tie to or impact on the HRIS system (i.e., benefits open enrollment, learning system, etc)
  • Develops audit processes and procedures for all employee inputs in ADP
  • Proactively develops and generates recurring and customized reports, analytics, dashboards and queries
  • Develops and implements solutions to streamline all processes touching the HRIS system
  • Communicates with staff regarding any payroll related questions
  • Develops, coordinates, and provides training for employees as needed on HRIS changes
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of directly related HRIS systems experience
  • 3+ years using ADP at an advanced administrator level including payroll processing
  • Team lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Workflow process analysis and recommendation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with others at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to articulate and implement industry best practices as relates to HRIS administration
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Advanced usage of Excel
