**Description:**Work on laminating line to setup and operate machineMake basic mechanical repairsAdjust speed and perform changeoversTrain new employees once up to speed on machineryMaking corrections to avoid expensive losses of materialChange anilox or coating chambers when requiredAdjust extrusion die and coating equipment to achieve targeted applied weightsAdjust equipment controls to regulate flow of production materialsLoad substrate onto equipment, web through production line, adjusting unwind/rewind tension controls and aligning material as neededSupports and promotes SQF processMonitor environmental factors, such as humidity and temperature, that may impact equipment performance and make necessary adjustmentsInputs all necessary information into the Radius ERP system to help monitor productionEffectively utilizes the Radius ERP system to obtain necessary information to run production orders**Additional Skills & Qualifications: High school education with post-secondary technical studies or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Technical degree preferred* Minimum of 5 years of converting industry**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
