The Human Resources Manager will support our branches and focus on attracting and recruiting cause driven leaders. Position: Human Resources Manager Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 Some of the exciting things you will do as Human Resources Manager: Manage high volume of recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions. Includes job postings, resume screening, interviews, onboarding, applicant tracking, criminal background checks, reference checks, drug testing, and new hire administration Support branch leadership in general Human Resources matters Act as a liaison to the YMCA branch managers/directors to identify service needs, and adopt effective courses of action Process employment updates in Dayforce - Human Capital Management system Qualifications and Skills: We seek a leader with values that align with the Y mission and: 1 -3 years' experience in Human Resources Success/experience in a high-volume recruiting environment Associates degree or Certificate in Human Resources, Business, or related field Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience in Human Capital Management System, Dayforce experience preferred Ability to drive to various locations in the DMV area Join the Y!
