Responsibilities: Job Overview: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the marketing organization with a focus on driving growth for IDEMIA's business. The Senior Marketing Specialist will develop and implement tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Product Management, Program Management, and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. In partnership with program and sales teams, and leveraging multiple mediums, the Senior Marketing Specialist will support building an effective marketing framework and driving marketing strategy and enablement in alignment with core business priorities across IDEMIA's Identity and Security North American business units. A successful candidate will innovate and enable processes and solutions that allow IDEMIA to always deliver relevant content and messaging to targeted audiences at the right time via the right channel. Responsibilities Work with Marketing Leadership to design, plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance pipeline. Support creation and execution of go-to-market plans.Identify new opportunities and tactics for customer acquisition and build scalable, data-driven campaigns to fill the sales pipeline.Market intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteriaDirect, collaborate, and partner with the internal content, brand, and design team members, as well as external vendors on execution and asset development when necessary.Develop strategic, timely campaigns to support quarterly themes, leverage industry trends, and solve our prospects' problems.Participate in regular pipeline reviews.Support the creation of high-quality messaging and content that communicates the value of solutions and functionality enhancements.Support the ongoing growth of new products and services.Work proactively to deepen your understanding of our market, customers, and products. Qualifications: Professional RequirementsStrong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (across operating functions and geographic locations) and with senior management.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing and/or growth marketing role.Experience in actively looking for strategic gaps and address them with a solution-oriented approach.Able to multitask in a fast-moving, unstructured environment to meet deadlines and change course rapidly when necessary.Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize several projects.Experience executing on strategic plans, such as marketing plans, launch plans, or campaign plansAnalytical mindset - experience interpreting data and gleaning actionable insights.Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and always think outside the box.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Travel up to 10 percent.
