Responsibilities:
- Provides in-person service to credit union members, including opening accounts, performing account transactions
- Provides information on products and services to help members achiever their financial goals
- Assists members in resolving account problems to their satisfaction
- Provides supplementary services and recommends appropriate products and services based on members needs
- Assists members in the process of opening new accounts or services
- Achieves individual sales goals and leads by example in the area of sales and service
- Summarizes and documents all member interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system
- Occasionally serves as the initial point of contact on the Branch Information Desk
- Runs a teller window or assists with branch settlements, as needed
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- College Degree Preferred
- One year teller experience or 2 years customer service/sales
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think independently.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communications Skills
- Aptitude for working with numbers
- Ability to work flexible schedule as required
