The Vice President/Senior Director, Talent Management is a key member of the global HR leadership team where HR is in the midst of an exciting journey of helping the organization reimagine HR and evolve into future of work. The TM leader will be responsible for design, implementation, and execution of talent management strategies. This role will be responsible for collaborating and integrating all HR policies, processes, practices, and programs throughout the company to create and sustain a compelling employee experience that differentiates Cvent while maintaining consistency and fairness. Your understanding of all aspects of the business will be essential to being an execution driver on strategic solutions to engage, develop, and retain employees while aligning them with the organization's culture, strategies, and vision. A successful candidate for this role has broad HR experience and proven track record of delivering people-related solutions that enable the business to achieve its performance metrics and goals. In This Role, You Will:: Manage and lead a team of HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Global Mobility and L professionals within the HR Talent Management global organization Drive execution of the Talent Management strategy, integrating best practices/trends and performing analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing talent management processes and programs Effectively execute on talent strategy, including performance management; individual, team, and leadership development; succession planning and readiness, among others, to address current and future business needs Design effective engagement strategies with a focus on retention of high performers, high potentials, and key contributors Drive the talent decisions and integration involving international expansions and M Partner with HR operations and business partners to design and implement effective analytics and metrics to influence program direction and monitor business impact and effectiveness Provide mentoring and career development to colleagues to strengthen their capabilities, build functional expertise and foster a collaborative, values-driven team culture of high standards, strong productivity, and innovation Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert regarding talent management best practices as well as current trends and innovative new tools and methods Utilize HR systems and technologies to effectively manage and analyze talent profiles and trends Here's What You Need:: A minimum of 12+ years focused on talent management and organizational development, utilizing strengths in change management and project management, including experience with leading high-profile projects, excellent execution of strategies, process improvement, culture and system change, team development, meeting facilitation and design, and communications 5-7+ years managing high-performing teams Past International experience Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent & workforce strategies/initiatives Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people of varying backgrounds and organizational levels A demonstrated ability to multitask, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance Highly flexible and adaptable to changing structures and priorities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
