Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a leading government contractor seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join their team. This position can be fully remote; however, they would prefer this person works onsite 2-3 days a week. Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in transitioning/transforming change management related to processes and technologies
  • Apply a structured methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project
  • Assess the change impact - conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Create training plans and document requirements to enable a smooth implementation of the strategy
  • Create relevant metrics to measure the success of an implemented change
  • Track implementation progress and report back to management
  • Coach managers and supervisor to improve implementation communication

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
  • 5+ years of experience in program management and resource management experience
  • Must be a leader with effective communication (written and oral) skills to influence stakeholders
  • Work Status: due to government requirement, only US Citizens will be considered for this role
