The product marketer will help bring to life the vision for our products in the technology category and execute go-to-market strategy. They will leverage their experience in product marketing to forge relationships, create buy-in and develop a shared agenda with product managers and technologists across the company.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager's charter is to make our product lines successful in the market and with customers. They are champions of our products and define end-to-end GTM strategy for their product areas, including all messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales and Custom Success enablement and customer adoption. They don't just focus on top-of-funnel goals, but also on activation and adoption as a measure of product success. They are experts in our customers and products, and use their expertise to influence the product roadmap.

Capital One is currently using Data Insights to monitor fraud, credit performance, originations, market share, models, S3 buckets by IAM role and more. • Strength in building partnerships; working collaboratively in a matrix, proven influencing skills
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into positioning and messaging
  • Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority

What you'll do:
  • Be the subject matter expert on Data Insights; understand the technical ins and outs of how it works.
  • Define and manage end-to-end GTM strategy for Data Insights, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, and customer adoption.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the sales funnel, personas, industries, and use cases to drive sales and marketing asset development.
  • Create compelling roadmap messaging and product demo paths for customer presentations, sales presentations, events, and analyst briefings.
  • Develop insights based on product usage data, voice of customer, campaign effectiveness, and industry trends and translate those insights into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results.
  • If desired, potential for 1-2 direct reports in the near future.

  • You're a storyteller. You simplify the complex and compel your audience to act.
