Job Summary:
Westat is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our survey programming team. In this role, you will be part of a team that supports the development of surveys in social science research. Survey research experience or knowledge a plus.

This is a full time position and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Programming multimode research surveys for web, mobile, desktop using Blaise software
•    Survey testing and quality control
•    Designing UI's for survey's using HTML, CSS & JavaScript
•    Collaborating in a team environment to deliver creative solutions

Basic Qualifications: 
•    A bachelor's degree preferably in IT or research related field, with 0-2 years of work experience. 
•    Experience or knowledge with coding using scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, C# or Python. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Experience programming surveys or data collection instruments using survey software authoring languages such as Qualtrics, Voxco, Unicom or similar. 
•    Experience with databases like; SQL server, PostGres, MongoDB etc,  
 
Minimum Qualifications:
•    Ability to work well in a team environment.
•    Good oral and written communication skills.
•    Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
