Job Summary

The Washington Post is seeking a Client Services Manager to join the CSM team. This team is at the intersection of the internal teams working across our digital business. As a CSM, you will help to support our digital business by helping with pre and post sales duties. You will help to build plans, ensure successful campaign management, help clients to solve challenges and build relationships. A successful CSM at The Washington Post is eager to learn, accept challenges and approach their work with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Help maintain client relationships by partnering closely with Sales and other internal teams to understand client goals and objectives.
  • Own the lifecycle of a digital contract from pre-sale to contract management to campaign maintenance to billing & reconciliation.
  • Continuously monitor campaign delivery and performance and communicate recommendations for optimizations and up-sell opportunities.
  • Lead weekly pacing calls with assigned Sales team and internal partners.
  • Provide regular reporting and wrap-up analyses using various data points to tell a compelling story of success to your client. This includes key performance measurement and best practices for future campaign executions.
  • Focus on collaboration and working with internal teams to ensure we provide our clients with exceptional client service.
  • Assist in analyzing and reconciling third party delivery for proper billing every month.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant digital experience
  • Advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Ability to work independently across teams
  • Experience with systems, platforms, and vendors such as: JIRA, Operative, Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, DFA, Sizmek, IAS (desired)
