Overview: Arch Amenities Group is seeking a full time Director of Spa Marketing to drive marketing strategy and programming for its spa division - comprised of spas in varying size and scope located within high-end luxury resorts, urban hotels, casinos, country clubs, private residences and stand alone. Working in tandem with the operational and executive team members, this innovative marketing leader will oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of internal and external marketing essentials and seasonal strategies for the division. Arch Amenities Group seeks a seasoned marketing leader who can seamlessly collaborate with internal teams, smartly manage client relationships, and mentor/train field Directors to deliver a cohesive and compelling marketing and communications plan to their customers and/or members. The director must think strategically and creatively, identifying effective marketing solutions and elevated service offerings for wellness spaces that is designated by property type and can easily be white-labeled to brand. Responsibilities: Support spa department on key initiatives to drive awareness and revenue via process driven strategic planning, training on proper execution and tracking and mentoring on omnichannel marketing tactics, programs and eventsCreate effective and creative external marketing strategies that may be leveraged to increase local traffic to the spa and build repeat clientele to include membership sales where applicableSupport Regional Directors by providing recommendations on all paid, earned and owned channels and content platforms, in concert with agency/client partners and outside resources as neededLeverage all channels both internal and external via the AAG Marketing Essentials to actively help meet and exceed revenue goals based on captureSupport Regional Directors as requested by making recommendations on short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, which may include the development and management of an annual marketing budget, and other financial considerations based on strategic direction and planningCompile month end reports on marketing support which may include creative and content development, strategic planning, omnichannel marketing tactics with projected and actual marketing results, reputation management and future recommendationsOptimize and refine recommended strategies based on results and other performance indicators Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, advertising, or communications* Successful track record in progressively senior marketing roles and in creating integrated, winning marketing campaigns* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills* Experience with both traditional and digital channels, platforms, tools, processes and technology* Preferred experience with hospitality, spa and retail and/or DTC brand constructs, membership components a plus* Proven ability to plan strategically and successfully monitor and track progress* Preferred experience with Canva Enterprise, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite* Experience with Book4Time, Booker, SpaBiz or DemandForce a plus* Understanding and knowledge of hospitality systems and process a plus* Experience developing, leading, and monitoring multi-channel performance marketing at an agency or internal department/team within the spa or hospitality industry* Proven experience managing people, projects and agency / vendor relationships (internal and external)* Proven understanding and experience adhering and altering content and strategy to fit a variety of brand visuals, verbal identities, and varying demographics/psychographics* Innovative and creative mindset to develop new strategies with an emphasis on attracting external customers within a local market and succeed over the competition* Experience in creating various types of content for events, promotions, packages, social media, email, text messaging, etc. and adhering to the proper brand voice for both internal and external capture* Experience with email best practices and a variety of platforms.* Confident lead generation expertise, specifically leveraging Google and Facebook (paid) advertising and other outbound and inbound tech and tools* Highly collaborative and adaptable* Impeccable analytical and problem-solving skills* Process-driven and solutions-oriented* Confident and clear written communication and presentational skills* Sense of urgency coupled with the confidence to thoughtfully assess needs, define objectives, communicate recommendations, and deliver with quality, speed and spend in mind* Some graphic design experience with the ability to review, edit and comment on collateral development and provide recommendations.* Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to communicate and translate results into actionable insights for future planning Facility/Job Highlights: Arch Amenities Group is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce.
