This position supports the talent acquisition process to ensure an excellent candidate experience from interview to onboarding. This will require the ability to learn all aspects of the area and use this knowledge to support and implement process improvements. Daily tasks would include but are not limited to timely communication with candidates, scheduling interviews and coordination of career events.

Additionally, this individual would work closely with our Talent Acquisition teams and other team members to provide backup support, and complete projects that enhance current processes and procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of office processing or service environment; recruiting/hiring support experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous experience with or ability to quickly learn how to use applicant tracking systems, processing, or service software systems
  • Ability to develop efficient and effective processes to manage workflow in a high volume, fast paced, goal driven environment with a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication service-oriented communication skills, succinctly responding to and adapting communications
