Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Microsoft M365 Application Developer for our Information Technology Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Microsoft M365 Application Developer you will:
• Supports a broad range of Microsoft 365 platform technologies to include SharePoint, Team, Power Platform, and 365 tenet management.
• Work closely with the infrastructure team to provide a secure, reliable, and efficient Microsoft 365 platform.
• Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise for Microsoft 365 platform adoptions in the organization
• Follow PMBOK best practices in the planning and design of Microsoft 365 platform implementations
• Follow ITIL best practices in the planning and design of new Microsoft 365 platform services for the organization
• Assist with the development of technical reference architectures and code libraries that illustrate and document the entire topology of a system or service including communication requirements and system dependencies
• Perform service operational tasks including but not limited to fulfilling support requests, resolving incidents, providing access, evaluating events, and managing problems.
• Perform necessary routine recurring tasks associated with the daily maintenance and support of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Key contact to other IT resource teams for technical issues related to Microsoft 365 platform
• Investigate Microsoft 365 platform interoperability issues and develop risk mitigation plans for existing and new applications
• Work with end users and other support staff to configure, troubleshoot and maintain all layers of Microsoft 365 platform.
• Ability to take a flexible work schedule and be on call after hours (as part of Information Technology Team rotation schedule)

Qualifications include:
• A Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred
• At least one primary technology certifications covering Microsoft 365 technologies including but not limited to SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification preferred
• 5+ years in depth experience with managing and/or maintaining SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft's other teamwork solutions (Teams, PowerPlatform, OneDrive)
• Expertise and hands-on-experience with developing solutions using ASP.NET, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Visual Studio, SharePoint object model, REST APIs and M365 Graph APIs
• Experience with migration of file systems, SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
• Subject matter expertise in identifying the best architecture for sites and applications
• Proficiency with planning and development of enterprise solutions for Office 365 and Azure Active Directory services
• Experience in building and executing PowerShell scripting for developing solutions, administrating, and managing 365 tenant
• In depth experience with managing OS and application configurations using Group Policy Objects
• 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
• 3+ years of experience working with clinical applications is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to critically think and present arguments in an articulate manner
• Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addressees
