Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Business Process Analyst for our Operational Excellence Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Business Process Analyst you will:

• Responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data; facilitating the data-driven improvement cycle used for improving, optimizing and stabilizing business processes and design (DMAIC), and managing projects at Rehabilitation.
• Preforms analysis of findings, forecasting and trends using statistical analysis, modeling, and process documentation.
• Develops and maintains proficiency with quality data mining and reporting from third-party systems containing quality-related data.
• Maintains internal and external presentations of data, ex: Scorecards, Dashboard.
• Develops dashboard presentations of key quality indicators, yielding actionable presentations.
• Lead DMAIC Projects as well as facilitate and coach teams through the phases of DMAIC.
• Determine, develop, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
• Develops and maintains proficiency with quality data mining and reporting from third-party systems containing quality-related data.
• Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
• Develops dashboard presentations of key quality indicators, yielding actionable presentations.
• Drive results to lead/direct team members and projects through application of LEAN principles and waste reduction.
• Provide leading operational indicators utilizing probability studies, trending and forecasting to help predict future business trends
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis.
• Maintains internal and external presentations of data, ex: Scorecards

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Systems, Information • • Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant field is required
• Master's preferred
• Previous healthcare/or consulting experience is preferred
• Lean/Six Sigma Greenbelt minimum
