Adventist HealthCare is hiring a full time Inpatient Therapy Supervisor in Rockville, Maryland

We're seeking a Inpatient Therapy Supervisor who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Inpatient Therapy Supervisor, you will:
• Provide supervision of the outpatient therapy clinical team at the assigned site.
• Round on designated staff and provides feedback for annual review process.
• Work closely with staff and patients to improve relationships, build morale, and increase productivity to deliver a world-class patient experience.
• Maintain oversight of and identifies problems with the therapy schedule and scheduling process to contribute to improved access to services
• Serve as the initial point of contact to resolve customer concerns/complaints, escalates to the clinic manager/director as needed
• Provide patient care 50-75% of time
• Suggest ideas for and participates in PI projects that contribute to improved departmental performance and efficiency
• Maintain department graphs as related to the Standard Management Approach
• Participate in daily huddles, attend finance review and other outpatient-related meetings, and contribute to annual goal planning

Qualifications include:
• Clinical Masters Degree or equivalent in PT/OT/SLP required.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in documentation, evaluation and treatment
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to diplomatically resolve customer service issues
• Capacity to make critical judgments
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated familiarity with site-specific regulations and billing
