The AV/VTC Conference Room Operator will assist in the daily management of DoD site VTC and Conference Room systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations function properly.
- Perform setups, adjustments, operations, tests, and shutdowns of equipment in support of VTC sessions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Perform baseline troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment.
- Provide on-site support during standard and/or contractually mandated core business hours.
- Provide occasional after-hours or off-site local support as requested by the government customer.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
- Complete annual company and customer training requirements according to established policies and procedures.
- Record labor hours daily in the online corporate system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Technology Administration or IT-related field of study OR
- High school diploma or GED and additional 4+ years of hardware and software support experience.
- Must have 2+ years of relevant audio video or access control support work experience.
- COMPTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification desired.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- TS/SCI clearance required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have a working knowledge of AV/VTC operations and understand basic networking.
- Must have the ability to communicate with others effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment.
- Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines.
- Posses strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work nifhtd, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
