Job Summary: 
Westat is seeking an individual to provide development support for National Coverage Analyses (NCA) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) templates for NCI-supported studies following federal regulations and established guidelines working closely with internal team members and with representatives of the organizations developing the protocols. This position is remote eligible. 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Develop NCA templates following Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and other established guidelines.
•    Develop EMR templates following internal processes. 
•    Provide peer-review of other team members work.
•    Collaborate with representatives from the organizations developing the protocol on the development of the NCAs or EMRs.
•    Use of analytical skills and attention to detail.  

Basic Qualifications: 
•    A bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience.
•    Experience with billing compliance and creating NCAs.
•    Knowledge of oncology clinical research and oncology billing practices.
•    Familiarity with CMS guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Medical or Nursing background.
•    Familiarity with third party insurance policies for clinical trials.
•    Experience with EMR template development.

Minimum Qualifications: 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
