  • Dealing with various Human Resources queries throughout the business from supervisors, employees and other Human Resources team members.
  • Managing full Human Resources administration: electronic employee files, HRIS, employee documentation, employment contracts etc.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all Human Resources policies and ensuring these are in line with current local legislation.
  • Supporting the Human Resources Manager with development and implementation of company HR strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the Human Resources Manager with payroll agenda.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Working closely with supervisors, assisting them to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
  • Administering external suppliers of HR services.
  • Supporting implementation of policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary
  • procedures and absence management.
  • Maintaining and updating internal and external HR systems.
  • Planning and occasionally delivering training, including new hire induction.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Upper-Intermediate knowledge of English (both written and verbal) and proficiency in Czech.
  • Very good knowledge of labor law.
  • Understanding of expatriates' compliance employment requirements.
  • Ability to work on several tasks, focus on detail and meet deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of common software packages.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management and prioritization.
