Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Quality Advisor Registered Nurse (RN) for our Quality Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Quality Advisor Registered Nurse (RN) you will:
• Report to the Director of the Quality Department.
• Utilize a high-touch model that adheres to the AHC values (respect, integrity, service, excellence, and stewardship) to drive performance improvement efforts and outcomes of the organization.
• Lead and facilitates teams to implement performance improvement strategies and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate focused quality and performance improvement efforts in accordance with Lean Six Sigma principles. Effectively lead projects and project teams to ensure timely and fiscally sound, quality improvement projects.
• Promote transparency through retrospective and prospective analyses of performance trends that inform stakeholders of potential opportunities for improvement
• Monitor the accreditation readiness status, performance improvement processes, and outcomes in accordance with internal and external targets/benchmarks.
• Coordinate/support peer review and professional practice-related efforts in accordance with the entity infrastructure

Qualifications include:
• RN required, Master's Degree preferred
• Project management experience in the health care industry
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations
• Experience interacting with cross functional teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• RN license required
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher-must be obtained if hired within 1 yr of hire
• CPHQ preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and priority setting skills
