NJVC is currently seeking aCopy Center Lead to join our growing team in St. Louis, MO

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Program Manager to select and manage professional talent.
  • Copy, print, and publish services not otherwise provided as Government Furnished to support the post-production of the products required by the government.
  • Post-production operations include folding and various binding options.
  • Post-production operations will be performed on the Heidelberg family of post-production machines, including folders, perfect binders, and cutters.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of the full functionality of the Canon image PRESS C10000VP, Heidelberg family of post-production equipment, and a Kluge Foil Stamper, bulk scanning, and overhead/large format scanning processes and equipment.
  • Must know how to handle fragile/historical documents, the technical approach to copying documents on different size and format scanners, and the knowledge of how to provide a document in the appropriate digital format.
  • Create and maintain a searchable database with necessary information to track requests, product types, paper counts, and ink usage, etc. and easily accessible by the government.
  • End-to-end management software and necessary licenses.
  • Annual hardware and software maintenance and support.
  • Production professional services (installation, configuration, and training).
  • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
  • Associate degree in technical support or a related field and 5+ years of related experience
  • 2+ years of related experience may be substituted for a degree and OR a high school diploma/GED and 7+ years' experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the career field of digital press production and post-production work
  • Working knowledge of modern overhead/large format scanners
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
