Job Description:
In this role you will work closely in a team environment of public health and infectious disease epidemiologists and biostatisticians, and other project staff on two large data collection vaccine effectiveness studies. This role will involve project support including setting and managing meetings, reviewing meeting agendas, identifying participating clinical study sites, liaising with partner staff and client staff, and assisting with data QC and other project-related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with study collaborators and project staff to develop and implement study protocols including preparing data collection forms, procedural manuals, and monitoring reports.
• Maintaining study documents, coordinating tasks and supporting meetings and review panels with study collaborators and project staff, responsible for project-related day-to-day study communications and operations.
• Developing requirements for data management systems; overseeing data collection including working with programmers to develop requirements for QA/QC reports and reviewing generated reports.
• Identifying and evaluating clinical study sites and research collaborators and receiving and analyzing associated health data.
• Supporting project workgroups including setting and hosting meetings, assisting with related analyzing and supporting the development of workgroup documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree in public health or a related field with three years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-site clinical epidemiologic studies and data management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, administrative abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks while working in a team setting are essential.
