Partner Associate, Capital One Shopping
Capital One Shopping is looking for a Partner Associate to join the Partnerships Team. You'll be responsible for supporting our top merchants and helping them succeed in leveraging Capital One Shopping's suite of solutions. In this client-facing role, the team is looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with some strategic account management, product and data experience. You'll act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, and be responsible for successfully executing their marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support our Enterprise Sales Associates in communication with key external stakeholders (merchants, agencies, networks) to help grow and cultivate Capital One Shopping
- Own successful execution of client marketing campaigns
- Drive strategic analysis to support merchant initiatives
An ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience and results in strategic client facing (in-person, phone, email) interactions
- Extremely detail-oriented; ability to deliver against deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and strong time management skills
- Ability to create processes and consistency in a large and ever-evolving sales organization
- Demonstrated success leveraging data, analytical and communication skills
- A strong deference to team culture, collaboration, and open communication
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a strategic client facing sales or account management role
Preferred Qualifications :
- 1+ years of affiliate, enterprise sales, or performance marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience in a client facing role
