Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Project Coordinator for our Clinical Systems Quality Team who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.
As a Clinical Project Coordinator you will:
• Provide coordination for all projects and rollouts for our clinical systems.
• Ensure system changes and development conform to the established development and change management processes, task completion and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate clinical system projects and updates using Project Management tools
• Ensures communication among project and activity stakeholders
• Coordinates system integration testing events and support center planning
• Conducts monitoring and analysis of ticket queues and prioritization
• Collaborate with System Quality and Information Technology teams
• Participate in the "on-call" rotation to support AHC's clinical and business system applications
• Assist in coordination with external vendors, organizations, and internal on-boarding processes
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in technology and clinical practices related to areas of responsibility.
• Knowledge of clinical information systems and Electronic Health Records. Experience with Cerner systems is preferred.
• Ability to act as a meeting facilitator
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitment to meeting deadlines
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant major
• Over four years of direct clinical or relevant business operations, clinical information systems or related experience is required.
• Project Management Professional preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
