Our client in the property management industry is seeking an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to assist with their office needs. The Administrative/Accounting Assistant will report to the Accounting Manager. Have at least 1 year of accounts payables and accounts receivables experience. Qualified candidate must be able to:
- Enter bill/invoices for all properties
- Process weekly checks including bank transfers and positive pay
- Update vendor's Certificate of Insurance in Yardi
- Process bi-weekly payroll, bill backs and journal entries
- Update and send out vendors investors letters
- Send out tax annual tax information to investors
- Maintain and distribute the corporate calendar
- Receive and distribute all mail and packages
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Associate or Bachelors degree
- 1 year of Yardi experience is required.
- 1 year of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Responsible for answering door for UPS, vendors, etc
