NRI Staffing is looking for a Recruiter to actively source talent for various clients. This position involves making outbound sourcing calls to recruit talent, conducting interviews, and facilitating the complete hiring process for candidates who are in the talent pipeline.

Essential Functions
- Makes outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen and attract new talent
- Answers inbound referrals and inquiries regarding various employment opportunities
- Interviews, screens, and tests all applicants
- Manages multiple recruiting requisitions simultaneously
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Staffing agency recruiting experience required
- Legal and administrative recruiting preferred
- Competitive mindset to drive results
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong inside sales skills
