Our client in the property management industry is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee their administrative needs. The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for administrative tasks, project management and invoice processing. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience in property management.

Candidate must be able to:
  • Meet all reporting deadlines and maintain an activity calendar
  • Maintain all office files and records in accordance with the policy and standard business practice
  • Review mail, outside correspondence and inter-company correspondence
  • Provide clerical assistance such as typing, filing, writing of reports, answering telephones, closing out daily reports, etc
  • Control purchases and utilize the approved vendor lists.
  • Ensure that all Owner/Resident requests and issues are handled in a timely manner
  • Assist with repair order/service request follow-up, e.g.,
  • Hires, trains, and retains professional on-site staff (as necessary)
  • Perform regular building and ground inspections and provide written reports; prepare and dispatch repair orders as necessary


High school diploma or Associate degree

Property management experience

Project management experience

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
