Principles and practices of remodeling, construction specification and construction process
Installation of the following directed by project plans and project manager: cabinets/vanities, doors/trim, plumbing and electrical fixtures, framed walls, drywall through finish and paint, & tile
Installation and understanding of framing and finish carpentry, cabinet layout and installation, tile layout and installation, drywall installation and finishing, light plumbing and electrical, and other general remodeling and finish activities as related to the construction process
Skills and ability to renovate kitchen and bathrooms
Great attention to detail
Strong work ethic and discipline
Able to complete projects from start to finish
Jobsite management, preparation and cleaning
Communication of status and needs to management
Sense of ownership over the projects assigned
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction trades
Construction Experience 5 year minimum
5 year experience minimum as lead carpenter, punch out, or kitchen and bath crew leader (references required)
Valid driver's license
No tools or truck necessary
