The Lourie Center seeks to hire an experienced Early Intervention Contract Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Early Intervention Contract Manager, you will:
• Administer all personnel related aspects such as hiring, training, observing and evaluating, terminating and ensuring compliance with all mandated standards and policies.
• Develop and present new staff orientation.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems, protocols, policies, procedures and manuals.
• Collect, review, edit, approve and process information for monthly billing and productivity reports.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of monthly and annual budgets.
• Monitor quality control and grant compliance.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with MCITP program staff, Montgomery County Public School Site Coordinators and DHHS staff.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Masters degree in business or health related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in social service, healthcare setting, including supervisory/admin responsibilities.
• Experience working in or with the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (preferred) or solid understanding of MCITP.
• The ability to collaborate with multiple agencies and leadership styles.
• Exhibits analytical, organizational, and motivational skills.
• Experience with personnel management, fiscal management and program planning, preferred.
