The Field Service Technician will travel to customer manufacturing facilities to provide troubleshooting, emergency repairs and some preventative maintenance on Production Machinery and Automated/Robotic Equipment.- assemble hydraulic hose and fittings- repair and install industrial electrical systems- repair and install industrial hydraulic systems- listen to customer's needs and interpret solutions for their breakdowns- diagnose errors and technical problems and determine positive solutions- provide excellent customer service- promote products and services to customers and potential customers- produce timely and detailed service reportsThis is a day shift role Monday to Friday and hours can vary at times.
