HR Consultant - p/t and Hybrid in NOVA! About the Company and Opportunity: Our client is a religious organization in Northern VA looking to bring in an HR Consultant to set up their HR department. Schedule is p/t 25-30/hrs a week - days/times are flexible. Hybrid flexibility and free parking is offered onsite! Pay: $48-52/hr based on experience. Overview of the HR Consultant role: Payroll Processing - contractor/salaried employees Implementation of a time keeping software and processes Consolidation of HR Records Creating onboarding/offboarding process Assist with editing the employee handbook and suggest policy changes if necessary Updating job descriptions Compensation/Benefits Evaluation Ad hoc projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications for the HR Consultant: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field SHRM certification is a plus 10+ years of progress HR experience Proficient in Paychex is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills #CFSAUG2022
