The SEIT Lead is responsible for directing the execution of the overall systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT) effort on the program. The SEIT Lead is also responsible for horizontal and vertical integration across all engineering elements of the program. The SEIT Lead ensures the integrity of systems engineering processes, and timely development of core systems engineering work products. The SEIT Lead typically has Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibility, which comprises cost and schedule management for the SEIT work scope. The SEIT Lead interfaces with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, System Architect, other engineering team leads, as well as the customer. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. " Salary Range: $119,800 USD - $179,600 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
